Excellent course hosted by a fantastic trainer. The course was extremely informative and well presented, with plenty of interacting and detailed explanations to make the information easy to digest.

Angelina is a fabulous trainer, really clear, concise, explaining each element of the course with practical examples to aid solutions sticking in your brain. She is a very engaging trainer which helps siginficantly with courses like these

I felt this course was very fast paced and too much to take in short time. secondly the slides have more theory and trainer was reading them. It would have been helpful If we can have real time examples and pictorial diagrams on the slides and more detail explanation from trainer with a real time example.

Although this was a short 3-day training course, I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery/format of the syllabus coupled with the professionalism, wit and interaction of Karen Peters (our amazing trainer) with both the wider group and also within our breakout rooms. Could have easily given over 5 s!

The student material could do with more examples, which would aid better understanding of new concepts.

This course was packed with fascinating concepts that I was eager to learn. The teacher excelled at explaining them clearly and logically. I especially appreciated John's ability to re-explain things in different, comprehensive ways whenever I needed. The teaching materials were incredibly helpful for following lessons and will be invaluable for exam prep.

There were tips and tricks that I will be using from this course in my future testing.

The format and the delegate material we were sent was very clear and well organised, the slides and presentation was also very useful to review. The learning and then testing knowledge in the sessions was helpful to reinforce understanding. The course content was very useful I think for all of our group as software, test and systems engineers to get a better understanding of as testing in one form or another is relevant in all our roles.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in an AI course led by Rosie, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional learning experience.
What made this course stand out was Rosie's ability to break down complex AI concepts into digestible components. Her teaching style seamlessly bridged theoretical foundations with practical applications, making even the most challenging topics accessible to everyone in the class. Thank you Rosie.

Course was very intense but Rosie was extremely helpful and patient answering all of our questions. Very informative on both the course and the exam itself. I had initially looked over some material for the course before attending and was quite overwhelmed by it all but Rosie has managed to help me to understand all the concepts within the course and I have confidence that I will be able to go on to take the exam next week and gain a pass mark. Thanks to Rosie for all the help

The course was very well structured and John was incredibly knowledgeable about the topics covered, able to clearly answer any questions that were posed by the course attendees, some of whom had worked in the industry for many years. I felt that I was able to contribute to discussions whenever I liked but did not feel any pressure to do so.

What would have been beneficial to me, personally, would have been the encouragement of more active involvement from myself and the other attendees. For example, when we were going through the test questions, instead of John telling us the answers and explaining it (which, don't get me wrong, was incredibly helpful), he could have called upon the 'class' to explain our answers and have other attendees fill in any missing blanks. I find that active discussion helps me solidify my understanding of new topics.

Other than that, it was a great course and I can't fault John at all. Very welcoming, understanding of the different experience levels, and took the course at a very manageable pace. Would highly recommend!

John is really a good trainer I could have asked for this course in particular. He did take time to explain things from the slide rather than just flying through them. Huge course but covered very nicely in 3 days.

Recommend opening the floor more frequently for any questions. Progression between some slides was quite quick and anybody without much confidence to speak up may not answer the question as to not interrupt the class.

Very useful course that covers all the learning objectives I was hoping for. Very well delivered and at a good pace for me (and others).

The course is extensive with a lot of information but the presentation and guide through it by the course instructor makes it digestible. Karen is a highly adept and knowledgable and it was a pleasure to have her as an instructor.

The course was highly informative and interesting. Karen provided insight when asked for further context and also provided reinforcement to the team when needed. The course was very beneficial - however a few sections seemed to contain invalid information (which was questioned by the group at times).

Only area for specific feedback would be around the strategy techniques section, which felt like it flew past 🙂

Overall, I enjoyed the course and would recommend the trainer and course.

Rosie was very knowledgeable and covered all of the topics in great detail. Definitely the best course I have done since being in the workplace.

I don't enjoy how ISTQB write their exam questions, but Rosie did a good job at pointing out the common pit falls.

John provided an excellent and engaging training session for us. As all delegates were from the same company, he was able to tailor the course to our specific circumstances based on what we wanted to get out of it, providing an overview of automation, and the key considerations for implementing it within our existing workflows. This was particularly valuable as we currently have no formal test automation process in place. He gave us practical examples and advice that we can directly apply to start building a robust automation strategy. The session sparked a lot of discussion within our team, and we're excited to start putting what we learned into practice.

Both John & Richard were excellent trainers. Both had an obvious natural enthusiasm to the content they were teaching, and I really enjoyed a lot of the content. Some of the more technical content will require further independent revision to get right, but the training was structured very well and everything was absolutely explained in the best possible way. Thank you.

Richard was very detailed and clear in his explanations of the syllabus as well as the slides presented to us throughout the course duration. He also presented the information in a way that was easy to understand for newcomers to the industry, which made the information all-the-more digestible.
The course itself was great at explaining the details of the ISTQB syllabus that were otherwise only briefly covered within the syllabus itself. I would gladly take another course again from TSG.

Course was informative and gives a foundation. Disruptive changing trainer, although appreciate it couldn't be helped. Additional breaks given when requested helped (trainer responsive to trainees needs). Breakout rooms were not helpful. Preference would be to go through the question with trainer, rather than going down the wrong path with other trainees.

Both very knowledgable instructors. Some of the exercises could be a bit better, plus some inconsistencies with the slides given and the slides shown but overall alot of great explanations and work very helpful in awnsering questions.

Good overall, it was a new course though so still ironing out a couple of kinks. A lot of information is provided to support the course. Karen offered a lot of real world experience from the workplace to support the syllabus

Angelina was brilliant. Made a very long detailed course enjoyable. I loved the interaction and the break up of the learning with challenging the knowledge of the group on what is being taught. The breakout rooms were great way of learning and it was nice to talk to people on the course.

It was a good course, it was a refresher for some of the more experienced testers within the group but I thought that the apprentices would have taken a lot of information out of the course.

The course was interesting and filled with relevant information. John has a great teaching style neither too slow nor too fast. He was able to give tailored information that will likely benefit my role direction moving forward

It was strictly my own company, I would have preferred other companies to attend. Also, I feel the trainer should have reviewed material before the course as there mistakes found during delivery. Otherwise, very knowledgable and enthusiastic. Thank you.
